Here at PICS/MIS Inventory, we have an opening in our corporate office for a Corporate Office Receptionist. This position is non-managerial. Job Specification:
  • Location: Holly, MI (corporate office)
  • Position Type: Full-Time / Salaried / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Supports individual, department or staff by promptly, courteously and accurately addressing requests for assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as the organization's first point of contact for visitors and/or callers while ensuring professional communication.
  • Receives and directs calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Welcomes visitors, ensures and maintains proper sign-in documents and explains/follows safety procedures.
  • Assists with managing the office supplies stockroom, and maintains effective administration.
  • Assists administrative projects as assigned.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Job Qualifications:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with focus on attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Office / receptionist experience
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
