PICS/MIS Inventory, we have an opening in our corporate office for an HR Administrator. This position is non-managerial. Job Specification:
  • Location: Holly, MI (corporate office)
  • Position Type: Full-Time / Salaried / Monday – Friday / 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters and keep records and files confidential.
  • Give all necessary support regarding general HR policy and practice questions from employees, managers, supervisors via phone, email, or in person.
  • Verify and approve new employment paperwork.
  • Record discipline, documentation, and correspondence with employees and upload to personnel file.
  • Works closely and effectively with the Senior Management to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Use custom programs to carry out clerical/administrative tasks related to internal documentation processes and reporting.
  • Verify and respond to third-party requests to subpoena employment records, verification of employment requests, and unemployment as needed.
  • Perform other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, reporting, or transcribing as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with focus on attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with focus on time management and prioritization.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
